so i got laid off red's best in february... shit happens.  here's something i sketched the other day

working for red's best

got to drive to falmouth last month and shoot a boat called the equinox get unloaded by our truck.  this is one of the things i do for work btw at reds best.  check out our website and facebook for more of my work 

Friday Night Red's Best New England unlaoded and shipped a Giant Bluefin Tuna from our Boston Facility. This 718 lb fish was caught with a Rod and Reel by Michael Delzingo of the F/V Fish Bucket. Because of its high fat content this beautiful fish is on the way to Tokyo as we speak. Congratulations Captain Mike.

Happy Valentines Day

I got Call of Duty: World at War for my love for Valentines Day but since I'm poor and stuffs, he got a used copy of it. However sometimes Gamestop doesn't give you the original box for the game, and I hate those used game covers. So I sketched a cover for him :)

its not the greatest poster in the world but i was proud of my freehanding of the soccer ball (i touched it up with the pen tool) the grass is cheesey but hey its for a high school advertisement haha

So I Started Re-Coloring a Set for Red's Best

i didn't build the set, whoever did that was amazing. i don't yet have patience for tiny details such as vines or plants when it comes to building sets in maya. i changed the desk color and plant colors.

Compositing

So in my last post I mentioned I'm trying to get a job with AlwaysNow, they gave me a test to see what I can do with compositing (I'm guessing from this that I'm going to be doing a lot of this if i land this job) They do a lot of commercial work for Red's Best. The man in the video is Tom, he's one of the people who works there. This was the first time I've done green-screening since sophomore year in college. Not to shabby eh? Just like riding a bicycle. :)

Now lets hope I land the gig :)
